The PR-R8U1K is a UPS that integrates with the Big Dog Power: Power Distribution system (PR-R13PI and PR-V7PI) to give a seamless experience when you have equipment that needs to stay running for as long as possible in the event of a power outage. This is a 2U rack mounted 1000VA Online UPS with 8 Total outlets, with 4 always on and a group of 4 programmable outlets. Due to the Online nature of this PDU, there is no relay to switch power from the AC mains to the battery power which means no period where there may not be power, saving those sensitive electronics from short term power loss errors.
